Tiny Fly
I don't know where this tiny fly came from but I found it pootling around the utility room.
It's only about 7-8mm long but that's too big for a fruit fly (at least, those I used to work with), the closest identification I can find is Thricops diaphanus, one of the House Fly group.
It is surprising how big are its eyes compared with its head. So it should meet the criteria for Tiny Tuesday's topic of Eyes, thanks to trisharooni for hosting.
