Giving in to temptation

The lilies are always so gorgeous that it's impossible not to blip them. Such a profusion of orange. We have two huge pots of them. They are going to be split up again in September. Maybe we should think about getting some other colours. I haven't blipped them since 2017. The last two years we have missed the last few days of June. The tag #balconylilies reveals all.

A busy day, with some park time, plus a trip over to Leith Walk to find a place to put a new zip in some favourite trousers. Also several Teams meetings, and some work to get a piece of work off my desk.

It was sufficiently nice to sit out for a while after dinner. The wind had gone, and although I think it was actually raining, there wasn't enough water to come through the balconies above us. We concluded the day binge-watching a few more Talking Heads.
