I Have An Audience With The Pope

Looks like Derby got its first Pontiff. 

Some of the old ladies in the street already think he's a saint but the vote was definitely split today.   Casting her vote his way was our little neighbour, just happy not to have to do anything to get rid of her rotten fence.  Dissenting voices from a couple of the others who either a) don't like little ol' lady #1 or 2) just like a little moan.  It's not like they had their white nets on the line as its been showery on and off all day. 

Anyway, Pope Gary I will be slinking into his holy (well, holey) slippers soon.  Bless him.
