Chain Reaction

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Eldest Mini Princess and I were out walking in The Hermitage when she slipped and fell. She was absolutely fine but said that my sharp intake of breath was such a “mum noise.”

Me: “You are my child. I can’t help getting a fright if I think there’s a chance you are hurt.”

EMP: “Yeah although it’s the same noise you make when something happens on a tv programme.”

Me: “Well...some tv programmes are VERY exciting..”

One of those special Mother-Daughter bonding moments!
