Back in the saddle!

Oh the noise I didn't want to hear...the 6am alarm! Made even more worse by having been awake from 2-4am, not an ideal start to a Monday.

Snoozed it til 6.20 and then off out with Pete. Seems ages since we had a proper early morning walk, before all the snow and ice made it difficult to do our usual morning mile. Enjoyed it and took this picture of the moon in the clear morning sky.

Into the office, traffic as per usual. Good to be back in the office, missed the team.

Spent most of the morning going thru emails. Didn't get chance to wander out at lunch either. Busy afternoon and eventually left at 6pm.

In and pete fed and then off to my first spin class in 3 years! Really enjoyed it, and very different to the previous spin classes done.

Home, and some pete time before bed. He's whacked having had fun and games with ted all day.
