Alpine Tapestry

I relocated my troughs yesterday to make space for the wider path.  Lined up along the front of the house now, they took my eye as I went out this evening, a lovely mixture of colour and texture even without a flower in view.

I took it a bit easier today after yesterdays efforts, even sat down to read my book this afternoon .... until I fell asleep! zzz    Jamie has continued his project to paint all the kitchen unit doors and we both had a delivery of food.  In Jamie's case a 'deal' for a month's supply of assorted goodies for Meg and in mine a gift of Indian meals from some very good friends.  From a small business in Leicester, ready-to-cook, sent in insulated packaging with cold blocks around and absolutely delicious.  I shall eat well .... and lazily ... for a few days :-)   Jamie doesn't like Indian food so it's not something I often get to have.  Yum
