Fonab Castle

Left our air BnB this morning as we are staying at Fonab Castle tonight. Almost bought myself a new road bike en route as we stopped for a cake and coffee at a bike cafe that was highly recommended. Popped into the bike shop and I fell in love with a Liv bike, which was on sale. I resisted. Still debating making Rory go back for it tomorrow.

We stopped at House of Bruar after a wee wander around Pitlochry, as so many people had recommended that we go. A bit too expensive for me, but their spirits selection was amazing. Bought some beautiful cheese and I treated Rory to a schiehallion beer.

Fonab had a bed, treats and bowl all set up for Luna when we arrived. Such a thoughtful touch.

We’ve got dinner booked tonight for this lovely Italian restaurant which is walking distance from Fonab so we both get to have a drink tonight.
