Watermelon
I cut up a small watermelon and put it in a pitcher. I read that if you do that and pour off the excess juice every day, the watermelon will keep longer. Stay tuned.
I also cut it up a different way, which I saw on the internet. You cut off both ends, then cut the rind off all the sides up and down, then cut up into squares. It was really quite easy and seemed to have less waste.
It's the time of year for watermelon! I love It!
