Having a play

I got my Lightbox out for the first time in a while today. I had a play with a few bits and bobs to create a still life shot, using lighting that wasn't ambient. It all came flooding back to me.

For my course, I had to buy a light meter, soft box and remote trigger/receiver for my flash. They should arrive next week and then I can start having a play with lighting and portraits. I'm hoping I can find some willing victims volunteers!

Off camping tomorrow. We must be mad!
