Still Life With Sharon

After a week on a street with great fancy restaurants it was time for simple snacks in the hotel room. And a lovely man in the lobby had a bouquet of roses. I sarcastically said, "For me?" and he handed me one!! Went great with bread, cheese, an electric candle "borrowed" from the hotel restaurant and a lovely Pinot Grigio. I need to learn more about still life...setting it up, paying attention to focus...making all the pieces tell the story.
