Pesto

Apparently shortly after I met Igor I said I would make him some pesto. In all the years we’ve been together I’ve only ever managed to buy jars. Today I finally got round to it. It was surprisingly easy. Now he’s roasting some pepper, cooking some broad beans and pasta and adding my pesto.

I do hope it turns out to have been worth waIting for :-))))
