Turquoise stir-fry

Actually smoked tofu, cavolo nero, pinto beans. Fusion food (Japanese/Italian/Mexico). Delicious and quick.

Need to get on with some sewing while light. A black ‘sheet’ to hang over the kitchen window white blind for when it’s very hot (looks unlikely based on current weather). It gets the morning sun and can be unbearable in there.

Not much to tell anyway. Miserable weather. Brightened up late afternoon. Spent the day at home. In the mornIng we both helped a young lady from the club with her Italian mock exam work (in the garden). Interesting to see how much I knew bearing in mind I never studied it.
