Where did he come from?

I had my blips lined up for today when heading back home I came upon this gentleman looking splendidly incongruous. Wearing smart/casual attire amongst the thistles and cow pats and carrying a blue umbrella under a blue sky. So love among the butterflies is relegated to extras.
