Bollards!

Sort of describes things at the moment..

Out on the bike in the metropolis, this is at an approach to small bridge that is no longer used.
When in service, it always had accidents on the entrance and exit roads due to the logistics of the bridge. In the end it was closed, and raised to let ships pass without restriction.
Now it’s in decline of falling into the river. There was a mention of it being replaced with a plastic replica, as I think it had a preserved order on it.
So you see the dilemma..Bollards...
