Not stopped

Today has been busy with jobs around the house and sorting things that need to go with us up north. Walked again with daughter and our dogs, such a wet day yet it was dry and sunny for the hour and half we were out. Hetty had a lovely run and a few roles around the field and she has been sound asleep since around eight. I know I should feel excited about going back to the cottage after three months but I am actually nervous about traveling and being away from home where I feel safe, so strange. We picked the gooseberries today and hubby will make jam and the olive tree continues to bud and flower, so tiny. Every pear and all but two apples have gone, we think it may be the squirrels.
