Woodland walk

My first day on leave and I took 2 important phone calls  that needed sorted, I fear this is the way forward but I did manage a short fast run before lunch

Later I managed to get a walk with two friends I have not seen since lockdown. We went on a great long walk through lots of woods. 
22,270 steps today that's a lot for me
