Frying tonight

A trip this morning to Alex's fish van in Bowral.

I would hate to have Alex's job, especially in winter. Three times a week he drives from the coast up the narrow, winding road over the mountain, while it is still dark and freezing cold. Then he spends all day with his hands in wet, slippery, icy cold fish and seafood.

But Alex is always cheerful and ready for a chat with his regular customers. And he knows everything about fish. Thank you Alex, you make buying fish a pleasure.
