Notes: Around the house all day, made double batch of pizza crust in the morning with cassava flour - dough very runny and didn't cook as well as it should've. Early dinner w/ pizza (nomato sauce, green olives, buffalo mozz, arugula/basil mix and grated italian cheese. Split a Stella with it and ate on the deck tho quite warm. 2 hour catch-up over Zoom with Michelle Dion in the evening. Watched a late Downton Abbey.
