Green tomatoes

It's been cold, windy and showery today so I've been doing jobs at home.  I made a face mask this morning then some paperwork this afternoon after I'd done PE from the internet.

The tomatoes are doing well this year, the sun in April and May gave them a good start.  I'm looking forward to when they ripen.  The local sparrows get well fed here but have decided that they also like to eat my runner bean flowers.  Perhaps I need a scarecrow?!

My mum would have been 92 today.  I have lots of great memories of a lovely lady. Here she is on her 88th birthday. She died four months later.
