New garden layout

Emily and Storm supervising the rearranging process. All the dogs were fascinated by an ants nest we uncovered. It was mesmerising watching the ants move their eggs to safety. An efficient species.

I met with my Fabulous Friday friend this morning for a walk round Eastbourne marina.

This afternoon Martin and I shifted things around until we liked the layout. We cobbled together a corner bench with two sleepers on brick pillars and a raised corner bed with the remainder. Making it permanent is a job for another day. We also moved the outdoor fire which improves the view from the kitchen window.
