I don’t give a fig
Yet more shredding. I cleared out more paperwork and filled a third sack with shredded paper but I think that is the lot now. It didn’t leave a lot of time for photography so here is a shot of the starter I made for tonight’s meal; figs, stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese, wrapped in Parma ham, baked in the oven for ten minutes and served with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and chopped mint. And very tasty it was too.
I’m pretty confident I’ll find something to blip tomorrow that will be different from anything I’ve blipped since lockdown began.
