Double Failure

My solution to the Sky problem proved very temporary, so  a bit of debugging was required.  I'm always happy to assume there's one fault to find, but in this case there were two.  Both my mini displayport to HDMI adapter and the HDMI cable I was using were faulty.

All easily fixed once I understood what was going on!
