Fluorescent Fungi ....
A wet day again. First job was a 3 quad rodeo to get the Angus bull in from the field and into the trailer. The other 7 limousins and the blonde took off to the other end of the field so we managed eventually to get the Angus in on his own.
Took him next door where Fraser the vet arrived to PD some cows. Once he was finished, took the bull up to the spring calving cows and let him loose.
A trip up the by pass at lunch time to drop Junior at a pal’s house then a return trip tonight to pick him up.
In between times managed to dig in and connect the electric fence cable across the new gateway the fencers put up last week. Of course the whole 50 cows and their calves decided to come and see what we were up to while the gate was open so left Littlemiss to stand guard and watch out for escapees !
Spotted this bright yellow mushroomy thing tonight- no doubt it is poisonous by the colour of it !
