Lesser or great?

I can't decide. They look pretty black, but I don't think the birds were larger than a herring gull.

It was a glorious morning and I really enjoyed walking along the Thames from Blackfriars to the office. I could have ambled for a few more hours, but there was work to be done. I'm coming to the end of a large reprint with many updates and I will be glad when it's done. The subject area isn't my forte; I can say that I won't be attending Mastermind with science as my specialist subject. I think I have some bookfair material to think about when that reprint's complete. It's that time of year again (doesn't it come round quickly!)

After a brief flirt with the idea of going to the cinema, I stayed in with Room 101. I can't resist Hugh Dennis, but he didn't do his Velociraptor impression.
