Job done

You may recall a few days ago, I blipped a sneaky peek at a little project I was working on.
As promised, here is the finished article, displayed quite aptly in our beautiful garden that truly is a work of heart by Mr A.

We decided to protect it with deck oil, but for some reason, it made the wood go really dark, so I had to go over it all again to make the wording stand out.
I’m happy with the end result, mostly because I like having had done something myself. It’s better to try and fail than not try at all, but on this occasion, I don’t think I did too bad a job. :-)
