Posing, darkly
I quite like the idea of posing my car, preferably while it's clean. Of course if it's in monochrome the cleanliness or otherwise is much less of a problem.
This lovely old and small church is in the next village; I've photographed it with a drone, luckily while the sun was low and just behind the church as I passed the window with the aircraft. This time I was driving through the village and decided to stop for a dark and mysterious shot.
The lockdown has coincided with a planned wedding in this church. It's beautiful and small inside and our neighbours had planned their daughter's wedding for last month, but of course it had to be cancelled (or postponed). The ceremony was to be one of two, the other to be held in Madeira, the groom's home. I'm sure it was going to be a grand affair, but I'm equally sure that the families will catch up when they can.
