Watch the birdie!

A dull, grey day but no rain.

Collected the papers this morning, had breakfast, did the ironing and spoke to a few friends on the phone.  I also made some rather lovely poppy seed, marmalade and marzipan scones, first time of making them but it won't be the last!  Had to loan some kitchen scales from my neighour as mine went wrong, not battery, so looks like new kitchen scales!

In the afternoon S. came round and we went for a walk in the woods, quite a lot of people doing the same but plenty of space.  Had cuppa when we got back and watched The Jungle Book.  The sculpture was at the entrace to the woods. The extra was taken looking up through the small fern, just put camera under and hoped!  Quite like the result
