Breathe ...fresh air !

J,N & the wee one haven't been out of their home and garden since lockdown on 23rd March.
I was delighted to receive this photo from N today after their first family outing to the beach.
It made my heart sing.
This virus has affected us all in very different ways but all of us have to feel our way into an adjusted world that may not feel comfortable for a long time .
