Vegan food challenge

So today, we were set a challenge to cook a 3 course vegan meal by one of my scouts.

So...
Starter: homemade baked onion bhaji, sweet potato pakora, cauliflower pakora served with onion salad and chutnet.
Main: Chickpea, cashew, &tomato coconut curry with rice
Pud: Chickpea mixed Berry mousse.

DELICIOUS. ( and I'm very proud).
