Chaffinch

This picture is a wool embroidery which was done by my aunt many years ago. It is one of a group of four that I rescued when we cleared out her house.
The reason that I have blipped it today is that I used the set of four in a Zoom family Quiz this afternoon - name that bird!! As usual the youngsters ended up with scores twice a high as ours, but it was fun!!
