Peace

My therapy switched to today instead of Wednesday this week, and a little later than usual.

I decided to have a bath before hand and left my make-up on even if it is just to sit in my car and talk on the phone! Even though it was sunny, it's rained an awful lot and there weren't a lot of people going in and out of the woods, which made for a very peaceful setting. Once I turned off my engine I sat quietly for a few minutes and just took it all in. The quiet, the sun and the sound of only the birds chirping was perfect.

I came home an hour later and Little Ro did my nails. She's off to France for two weeks and taking my lamp with her! 

Although I shed a tear or two over the ghastly week, it was a good session and I came away feeling uplifted. I love that feeling, even if it's only temporary.
