The magnificent
I went up to the allotment in spite of the light rain, as I hadn't been able to get up there for a few days. D went to the market to collect the order and actually buy something at a stall - it's reopened as a proper market although with a reduced number of stalls and orderly queues.
Then in the afternoon we popped round to Arclight and Mr A's gaff - they entertained us to coffee and cake (excellent apple cake by Mr A) on their balcony, so we were outdoors in the equivalent of their garden. It was so strange and interesting to be in someone else's house, even though we only walked through it! Walked back along the Water, and were rewarded by this fine sight - I didn't realise they'd managed to raise all seven of the cygnets thus far.
In the evening watched a Zoom-ed gig - worked well, very well organised. There were about 170 folk watching. I'm in technical discussions with the organisers to see if there's a way I can do one for them.
