Busy

Today was a day for chores and focusing on getting things done. I walked round to a friend's to take her some pickled beetroot, and wrote a letter to an elderly lady in a care home where I have seen a request for penpals.

I did a fair bit of cooking, using up veg by pickling, roasting and stewing various things. Kids and I discussed plans for the next couple of months. We did not join in the release of lockdown - not will I be going inside anyone's house soon.
