Boats at Deal

We came down to Deal yesterday afternoon, the Government has said it is ok to stay away overnight now. We were unsure as the media was reporting that there would be 10 million cars on the road as we all dashed to BnBs, hotels, camp sites, holiday homes etc. In the event there was some congestion getting out of London (when is there not?) but after that not much traffic about at all.
We are also able to go to pubs and restaurants and much was made of this calling it "super Saturday" but again people chose not to, we saw a few hardy people sitting outside having a pint but not the usual kind of crowds.
The weather is decidedly iffy, very windy and quite misty.
