An hour of work before I sneaked off under the radar to a minute's silence at Mount Vernon Rd / Gilmerton Road (see blips by Anth and Magi) for a better version of the background than I can provide. Basically a 36 year old father / husband / nurse was killed whilst cycling to work; the does what it says on the tin group Stop Killing Cyclists organised a minute's silence for a week after his untimely death. A moving occasion.

Then to WFH at Hers;  watching the frustration simmer on twitter over the powers that be and their inability to protect pedestrians and cyclists in Edinburgh this week.

Eventually I set to with a mango curry for dinner; there was the usual joy at there being a teenage girl in the house, but apart from that... we're both exhausted by what has been a full on week.
