The garden needs the rain, but that brings out the slugs and snails. And we have a lot of them. I cleared out a few where they were doing most damage (lettuce, courgettes, hostas).
Attended a work call today from the big bosses - update on the state of play. Some good news, some not. Redundancies expected so will have to wait for more detailed news next week. No point worrying at the moment. But keeping my fingers crossed.
