HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NHS!

The National Health Service came into being on this day, seventy-two years ago. While I am delighted that people across the UK will clap for carers at 17:00 BST, I would love it even more if NHS workers, care workers and frontline staff were given the pay raises they thoroughly deserve, proper PPE and improved immigration processes for those workers who have come from overseas to work here.
