Sheep Cloud

Having not had a run yesterday, we forwent our Sunday lie in for a 3 1/2 mile jog before a breakfast of ham and eggs. I was pleased to complete the run without my calf muscle going on me.

After breakfast we loosened up with a walk to Ealton and back across the fields where I took this view of the Tor with a cloud that was looking vaguely sheepish gambolling above it.

After lunch we helped Chris prepare the decking on his balcony for a clean and restain later in the week, then it was home to cook a chicken Kate curry and watch a bit of football on TV. Been a busy day!
