Hawkshead Hill

I had a meeting today at a place prosaically called East Of Lake, which is just to the east of Coniston.

The roads were a bit slushy on the way there but it started snowing during the meeting, resulting a slightly more hairy drive home.

I took this photo on top of Hawkshead Hill. It's completely unfiltered.

I would have hung around and taken a few more snaps but it was freezing, windy and snowy, and my car was nice and warm :-)
