ZAD111 - Tickle

These are not as painful as they look.

Once you get used to them.

A friend recommended them as physio for my Achilles. Apparently as well as being caused by tight hamstrings and calf muscles, releasing the tendons in the arch of the foot also helps.

I'll give anything a go. Although having INCREDIBLY ticklish feet does not help.
