The Long And Winding Road.

We took our neighbour's dog, Poppy the Yorkshire Terrier for a walk on a lovely but very windy Sunday morning.  Don't worry, she did have a lead on, I photoshopped it out as it was distracting. 

I can imagine folk from 200 years ago coming down this road and seeing this milestone (It is Milestone Lane after all) thinking they still had several days walking  to get to London. This lane was probably a cart track all those years ago.
