Today's leaked report that the Chancellor was considering raising the threshold for stamp duty from £150k to £500k caused Frenchie to sit up and take notice!

Frenchie insists that if this is to commence in the Autumn (which will probably mean November) then we are going to ask for a delay!

I'm praying that it doesn't come to this as I'm sure the vendor will simply pull out. :(

I'm starting to think we're never going to get the keys to this house....
