Sun Arise!

At last, blue sky and sunshine. I feel a bit better, thanks for your kind wishes. 

I did the Monday chores in the morning, and after lunch TM volunteered to go and collect the groceries, so I had a little toddle up the garden in the afternoon and got up to the top where this lady lives.

Inula magnifica is her name. The magnifica must refer to her height, which is considerably greater than mine. 

I liked the effect she made against the sky, but it was the only way I could blip her.  Her flowers are a bit raggedy after the wind and rain of the last few days, but she's still standing proud.
