Purple loosestrife and purple flare

Feeling a bit rough today - a bit nauseous since yesterday - but had a fairly restful day, which was nice.  Called my Mum this afternoon to discuss washing machines, as she needs a new one, but also needs some help to work out the myriad options available!

Had a walk to the heath this evening - super windy and I didn't mean to go too far, but ended up having quite a long walk - after my regular visit to the pond, which presented me with a bit of beauty in the form of the purple loosestrife growing around its edge.  The flare from my vintage lens was quite colour coordinated this evening!
