Distant views

A busy morning, watered the allotment, a quick colour test for an upcoming hair appointment, picked up some blackout lining for our daughters visit and then met up with friends for a walk across several local commons.  All this was before lunch to.  The early grey skies had cleared by the time we started our walk which was a good mix of woodland and common with distant sea views to, as shown in this shot.  All three Heathers were in flower and we saw several different butterflies including a Holly Blue, a Fritillary and Meadow Browns.  A good walk which we must repeat so we can remember it.
