Rain, pleeeeeze!!

This was so beautiful and raised the hope for rain once again! The heat is just simply unbearable! We had quite serious wind about an hour after this photo was taken and much later a bit of rain, but not even enough to break the heat! Another night of 'swimming in your own sweat', on your bed!

We are in dire need of rain and cooler weather! Fresh fruit and vegetables are of really sub-standard quality, thanks to the extreme heat and drought this year!
