Counting Sheep?

It must be quite tiring to be a sheep
To have to eat grass and hide from Bo-Peep.
But when the weather is fine,
And the sun begins to shine,
You can count your friends to help you to sleep.

It was sunny this morning ... and the sheep were sitting snoozily enjoying the sun .... however this one seems to have taken things further and settled down for a really good sleep (No, she isn't dead she really is "just asleep"!). She has a sheepish smile on her face ... I wonder what she's dreaming of?
