Tarte tatin

Did you see Food & Drink last night? Michel Roux made a fabulous tarte tatin.

I had all the ingredients except the fennel, which I exchanged with courgette.

It was delicious.

Louisa is away for 3 days at a trade show in Birmingham.

Fin made sausage rolls, which he and Niamh had for tea.
