Its snowing!!

A couple of friends and I went ice-skating today at Trentham gardens only to find out when we got there that the rink was closed :-(

It was such a shame but we made up for it by going around a humongous garden center. There was so much to see and it wasnt all gardening stuff.

There was also some shops as well just outside near the gardens, L'occitane, Moshulu, Tresspass, Yeomans, a lovely balsamic vinegar shop and lots of gift shops too.

It was lovey.

We had lunch which consisted of a baguette of your choice, then a choice of roast meet, different toppings like gravy, apple sauce, stuffing, curry and finally salad which came to the extortionate price of £4.50. What a bargain.

I bought a few bits and bobs, my favourite being an ornament of a border terrier standing up in walking clothes with a hat on. I've wanted one for a long time so I decided to buy it for my hubby. Which I'm pleased to say he liked.

As we came home it started to snow hard and fast YES! but now it is all gone :-( As you can see Jake was straight out into the snow as he loves it!!

Good thing that happened today -

I had a lovely time with a couple of good friends, great food and some nice shops.
