Pork Chop
Pork chop, green beans, and potato noisettes (readymade from frozen). Wine: Finca Flichman Dedicado 2015.
I really like the results from the method of cooking green beans I’ve arrived at. I put them in a pan in a single layer with water that doesn’t quite come to the top of the beans (and also add seasonings - in this case seasoned salt, granulated garlic, and chili flakes), then I put the stove on high/medium high until the water boils off. When the water is just gone, I add a glug of olive oil and sauté them for two or three minutes. (This was inspired by my preferred indoor sausage cooking technique.)
